The world of work is transforming rapidly, and new skills and competences are needed in every occupation. This free online workshop introduces new research results of learning at work in several disruptive industries of Europe.
The workshop discusses what are the global trends affecting work, how employees learn new skills and competences in their everyday work, and what are the factors the support continuous learning. The countries included are Finland, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.
The workshop is organized by StiLLLearning Erasmus+ Project which has been funded with support from the European Commission.
